TeamBills (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is designed to help you manage shared expenses. We aim to collect as little data as possible.

Information you provide

• Account and connection details you enter, such as your server URL and login information.
• Content you create in the app, such as expenses, notes, categories, and payment method selections.

How we use information

We use your information only to:

• Provide the app’s core functionality
• Connect and sync with your chosen server/workspace
• Maintain app stability and prevent abuse

Data storage

• Data may be stored on your device to keep the app functional.
• If you connect the app to a server/workspace, data you create may be transmitted to and stored on that server according to its policies.

Tracking and advertising

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across apps and websites. 

Third-party services

The app may communicate with:

• Your selected server/workspace (for syncing)
• Apple services required for distribution and basic functionality (e.g., App Store)

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and on device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can remove app data by deleting the app from your device. If you use a server/workspace, you may need to remove data there separately.
