Overview
TeamBill, TeamFit, and TeamRoutine (collectively, “we”, “our”, or “the apps”) are designed to help you manage shared expenses, fitness activities, and routines in a simple and privacy-conscious way. We aim to collect and process as little personal data as necessary to provide the apps’ functionality.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use the apps, you may provide information such as:
- Account and connection details, such as a server URL, workspace or project access details, login information, or other credentials needed to connect to a service you choose to use.
- Content you create in the apps, such as expenses, balances, categories, notes, payment methods, activities, workouts, schedules, timers, plans, entries, or similar records.
- Shared or imported content, where supported, such as data you access through a shared project, workspace, public link, QR code, or similar feature.
How we use information
We use your information only to:
- provide the core functionality of the apps;
- save, display, organize, and sync the content you create;
- connect the apps to a server, workspace, or shared resource you choose to use;
- support app features such as exports, sharing, reminders, timers, and notifications;
- maintain app stability, improve reliability, and prevent misuse.
Data storage
Data may be stored locally on your device so the apps can function properly, including while offline where supported.
If you connect an app to a server, workspace, or other external service, data you create or access may be transmitted to and stored on that service in accordance with the policies and settings of that service.
Some app content may also be stored temporarily or persistently on device for performance, syncing, offline access, or restoring your last state.
Notifications and device features
Where supported, the apps may use device features such as local notifications, camera-based QR code scanning, or system sharing/export functions solely to provide requested functionality.
For example:
- notifications may be used for reminders, timers, or routine-related alerts;
- camera access may be used only when you choose to scan a QR code or similar code;
- sharing and export features may generate files or previews on your device for your use.
These features are only used in connection with app functionality you choose to use.
Tracking and advertising
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across apps, websites, or services for advertising or profiling purposes.
Third-party services
The apps may communicate with:
- servers, workspaces, or shared resources selected by you, for syncing, collaboration, or access to shared content;
- Apple services required for app distribution, installation, notifications, purchases if ever offered, and basic platform functionality, such as the App Store and iOS system services.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data on your device and in transit. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can stop using the apps at any time.
You can generally remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. If you use a connected server, workspace, or shared resource, you may need to delete your data there separately, depending on how that service is operated.
You can also control certain permissions, such as notifications or camera access, through your device settings.
Children’s privacy
The apps are not intended for use by children without appropriate supervision where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that requires separate consent under applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this policy.
